Week 3 humbled us.
After opening the 2026 NFL season with an 11–4–1 record in Week 1 and an 11–5 record in Week 2, EST crashed back to earth with a 6–10 Week 3.
That brings our season record to:
28–19–1
Not terrible, but certainly not where we want to be after the way the season started.
There’s only one solution.
Bounce back in Week 4.
Here are our picks for all 16 games.
Steelers @ Browns
Pick: Steelers
Pittsburgh is coming off an impressive 30–27 win over Cincinnati, while Cleveland narrowly escaped Carolina 21–18.
Aaron Rodgers responded to a rough Week 2 by throwing for 292 yards and three touchdowns against the Bengals, and Pittsburgh’s defense came through when it mattered most with a late strip sack.
Cleveland being at home on Thursday night makes this interesting, but we’re riding with Pittsburgh.
Pick: Steelers
Colts @ Commanders
Pick: Colts
We’re going with Indianapolis in the early Sunday game.
The Colts improved to 2–1 with a 19–17 victory over Houston last week, while Washington pulled off one of Week 3’s biggest upsets by beating Seattle 33–31.
Marcus Mariota was excellent filling in for Jayden Daniels, throwing three touchdowns without an interception.
Washington proved it can win without its starting quarterback, but we’re trusting Indianapolis to leave with the victory.
Pick: Colts
Titans @ Ravens
Pick: Ravens
Baltimore survived a late Dallas push to win 34–31 in Week 3.
Tennessee, meanwhile, managed only seven points in a 12–7 loss to the Giants.
The Titans have given us very little reason to trust them offensively, and Baltimore is the stronger team.
We’re not overthinking this one.
Pick: Ravens
Patriots @ Bills
Pick: Bills
New England burned us badly last week.
We picked the Patriots to beat Jacksonville.
Jacksonville won 35–6.
Lesson learned.
Buffalo wasn’t exactly clean in Week 3 either, turning the ball over five times against the Chargers, but the Bills still found a way to win 24–16.
Buffalo is at home, and we’re taking the Bills.
Pick: Bills
Jets @ Bears
Pick: Bears
Chicago just made a statement.
The Bears entered Monday Night Football needing a response and dominated Philadelphia 27–7.
Now they return home against the Jets.
After what Chicago showed defensively against Philadelphia, we’re trusting the Bears to carry that momentum into Week 4.
Pick: Bears
Jaguars @ Bengals
Pick: Bengals
Jacksonville deserves respect after destroying New England 35–6.
Still, we’re backing Cincinnati at home.
The Bengals suffered their first loss of the season against Pittsburgh, falling 30–27 in a divisional battle.
This won’t be easy, especially after what Jacksonville showed last week, but we’re expecting Cincinnati to respond.
Pick: Bengals
Cowboys @ Texans
Pick: Cowboys
Dallas came up just short against Baltimore, losing 34–31, but there were still encouraging signs.
CeeDee Lamb was outstanding, and the Cowboys fought their way back into a game that could easily have gotten away from them.
Houston fell to Indianapolis 19–17 and hasn’t convinced us enough to take the Texans here.
We’re going Dallas on the road.
Pick: Cowboys
Cardinals @ Giants
Pick: Cardinals
Arizona gave undefeated San Francisco everything it could handle in Week 3.
The Cardinals eventually lost 36–30, but they showed enough for us to trust them against New York.
The Giants did earn their first win against Tennessee, but scoring 12 points against the Titans isn’t enough to completely change our opinion of this team.
Give us Arizona.
Pick: Cardinals
Rams @ Eagles
Pick: Rams
One of our bolder picks of Week 4.
Both teams are coming off losses.
Los Angeles fell 30–26 to Denver on Sunday Night Football, while Philadelphia was dominated 27–7 by Chicago on Monday night.
The Eagles have an opportunity to respond at home, but after what we saw Monday night, we’re not ready to trust them.
We’re taking the Rams to go into Philadelphia and win.
Pick: Rams
Packers @ Buccaneers
Pick: Packers
Green Bay needs a response.
The Packers were embarrassed at home by Atlanta, losing 35–14 on Thursday Night Football.
Tampa Bay also enters Week 4 following a loss after Minnesota beat the Buccaneers 23–16.
We’re expecting Green Bay to play considerably better than it did against Atlanta.
Pick: Packers
Dolphins @ Vikings
Pick: Vikings
Minnesota keeps winning.
The Vikings improved to 3–0 by beating Tampa Bay 23–16, and Jordan Addison stepped up when Justin Jefferson went down with an ankle injury.
Miami, meanwhile, couldn’t generate enough offense against Kansas City in a 24–10 loss.
Until Minnesota gives us a reason to stop trusting them, we’re sticking with the undefeated Vikings.
Pick: Vikings
Chiefs @ Raiders
Pick: Chiefs
This should be one of the most entertaining games of Week 4.
Kansas City and Las Vegas both enter this matchup undefeated.
The Raiders showed resilience by erasing an 11-point second-half deficit against New Orleans, scoring 19 unanswered points to win 35–27.
Kansas City handled Miami 24–10 and continues to look like one of the NFL’s best teams.
The Raiders deserve respect.
We’re still taking the Chiefs.
Pick: Chiefs
Chargers @ Seahawks
Pick: Seahawks
Seattle suffered its first loss of the season against Washington, but we’re not abandoning the Seahawks after one close defeat.
They still scored 31 points, Jaxon Smith-Njigba was phenomenal and the game came down to the wire.
The Chargers lost 24–16 to Buffalo despite forcing five turnovers.
Back home in Seattle, we’re expecting the Seahawks to respond.
Pick: Seahawks
Broncos @ 49ers
Pick: 49ers
Denver is coming off an impressive Sunday Night Football win over the Rams.
Now comes an even tougher assignment.
San Francisco is 3–0, and Brock Purdy just threw four touchdowns without an interception against Arizona.
Denver has shown enough that this shouldn’t be dismissed as an easy game, but we’re sticking with the undefeated 49ers at home.
Pick: 49ers
Lions @ Panthers
Pick: Lions
Carolina has been competitive, and we learned last week that overlooking the Panthers isn’t wise.
But Detroit is the pick here.
The Lions beat the Jets 31–24 in Week 3 and have the offensive firepower to make life difficult for Carolina.
The Panthers can make this interesting.
We’re still taking Detroit.
Pick: Lions
Falcons @ Saints
Pick: Saints
We’re ending Week 4 with a difficult divisional matchup.
Atlanta just delivered one of the most impressive performances of Week 3, destroying Green Bay 35–14 at Lambeau Field.
Drake London went off for 194 receiving yards, and the Falcons finally looked like the team we believed they could be.
New Orleans, however, will be desperate to respond after blowing an 11-point second-half lead against Las Vegas.
The Saints scored 27 points and showed they can move the football. They simply couldn’t finish.
In a divisional game at home, we’re taking New Orleans to bounce back.
Pick: Saints
EST Week 4 Picks
Steelers over Browns
Colts over Commanders
Ravens over Titans
Bills over Patriots
Bears over Jets
Bengals over Jaguars
Cowboys over Texans
Cardinals over Giants
Rams over Eagles
Packers over Buccaneers
Vikings over Dolphins
Chiefs over Raiders
Seahawks over Chargers
49ers over Broncos
Lions over Panthers
Saints over Falcons
Can We Bounce Back?
Week 3 was ugly.
We aren’t hiding from the 6–10 record, just like we won’t hide from any bad week this season.
Through three weeks, EST sits at 28–19–1.
Now it’s time to see whether Week 3 was simply one bad week or the beginning of a slump.
Sixteen games.
Sixteen picks.
Let’s bounce back.
